- I am a real estate agent/investor working with Sandals Realty ( a regional firm with over 400 agents and with offices in Sarasota, Fort Myers, Orlando and Punta Gorda ) and living in Venice, my specialty is helping investors in waterfront land, income property and waterfront property ( Land and Teardown Houses ) in the area from Punta Gorda to Sarasota, Florida. I have both BS and MBA degrees from Penn State. Previously, I held senior executive positions with Bank of America and Pulte Homes. During the Vietnam War I was a Captain in the US Air Force, assigned to a missile crew in the Strategic Air Command. I speak Spanish fluently, my wife is from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
